The baby steps

The very first site that we created with Efex consulting (www.efex-consulting.com) was www.VacationHomesListed.com.

The main idea was very simple - anyone who wants second home or vacation rental to own, come to the site. And buy home directly from owner or the agent.

After small promotioin, I came to realize that there are not easy to find sellers. It is much easier to find owners who wants to rent, and this is how the www.VacationRentalsListed.com was born to life. The idea was there before, but we could see the market for it now as well.
